Job objective:

Provide and manage the documents (HOE, ET, VA, MN, WI, and FR) for operations as well as the digital drawings (Gerber), complying with the requirements established by the Quality System.

Support designated activities in the Process Engineering area.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Create the 13-week cash forecast estimation in a monthly basis, this includes daily and weekly updates in regards the cash flow statement for North America.
  • Analyze the accounts receivable and inventory projections on a weekly and monthly basis to build the cash flow statement.
  • Analyze, book and reconcile the Pricing accruals by customer in a monthly basis.
  • Work in Long-range planning along with the financial analyst to have the revenue by OEM and customer updated in the Forecast and Budget processes.
  • Project on a weekly basis the revenue projection required to build the weekly P&L.
  • Mexico fixed asset tracking / budgeting and forecasting.
  • NA variable margin reporting, hide size and utilization analysis.
  • New business case development and support along with the financial team in corporate.
  • Forecast & budget the balances account for: Accrued expenses, Prepaids, Other Current Assets, Other Non-current assets and Non-current Liabilities for North America.
  • Keep the financial data system integrity.
