We're hiring a Junior Business Analyst to own data quality and validation work across client CRM implementations.

This role sits at the intersection of data, operations, and implementation. Your work will directly impact onboarding success, automation accuracy, and reporting reliability.

It's a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with real datasets and wants to build a strong foundation to grow into more advanced analytical or implementation-focused roles.

What You'll Do

  • Review, clean, and validate contact, company, deal, and activity data before and after CRM migrations
  • Perform QA on data imports to ensure correct field mapping, associations, and formatting
  • Identify duplicates, inconsistencies, missing values, and data anomalies
  • Apply standardized rules for data normalization (names, emails, phone numbers, dates, statuses)
  • Prepare clean, structured datasets to support implementation projects
  • Document data issues and flag risks or edge cases for the implementation team
  • Assist with post-migration validation and spot checks
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts / Implementation Specialists during onboarding and migration phases

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Business, Mathematics, Informatics, Data, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in data, analytics, operations, or related roles (or recent graduate)
  • Strong comfort working with spreadsheets and structured data
  • Experience with Google Sheets or Excel (filters, formulas, conditional logic)
  • Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to problem solving
  • Ability to review large datasets and spot inconsistencies
  • Ability to follow defined processes and apply consistent standards
  • Curious mindset and willingness to learn CRM systems
  • Clear written communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, etc.)
  • Basic SQL or data querying experience
  • Background in business analytics, data analysis, or information systems
