Office Coordinator (Sales-Focused | Remote) — HD Clean

This is not a passive admin role.

This position exists to convert inbound interest into booked, well-sold jobs while protecting the customer experience. You are the first human connection many clients have with HD Clean—and the standard you set matters.

This role blends sales, scheduling, and client communication. The right person is confident, calm, organized, and understands that selling with integrity is part of serving well.

Who We Are

HD Clean is a purpose-driven, employee-first cleaning company founded in 2019 and built on care, discipline, accountability, and results.

We serve Fairbanks and are preparing to open our second location in Anchorage in 2026. We don't grow fast at the expense of people—we grow right, with systems that last.

What You'll Own

  • Answering inbound calls, texts, and inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Converting leads into booked jobs through clear, confident communication
  • Scheduling and adjusting jobs accurately
  • Following up with unsold leads
  • Communicating with technicians when schedule changes affect the day
  • Serving as first line of communication for client concerns

Pay & Structure

  • Training period: approx. $23,500 MXN / month
  • Post-training base: approx. $26,000–$27,500 MXN / month
  • Average monthly bonus: $8,500–$17,000 MXN, earned on personal sales performance
  • Fully remote | Full-time
