Role Description

This is a full-time Associate role based on-site in Tijuana, BCN. The Associate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day customer interactions, ensuring quality service, and resolving customer issues effectively. Tasks include handling inquiries, building positive customer relationships, supporting the achievement of customer satisfaction targets, and contributing to operational efficiency. The Associate will also collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies that enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Experience or proficiency in customer relationship management and conflict resolution
  • Knowledge of business process outsourcing (BPO) practices and familiarity with various industries such as healthcare, financial services, and e-commerce is advantageous
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish
  • Basic understanding of compliance standards such as HIPAA, PCI, and FCRA is a plus
