Join The Perfect Look, a fast-growing digital marketing and growth agency in the Medical Aesthetics industry. We help MedSpas and aesthetic clinics scale through paid advertising, patient acquisition systems, loyalty programs, and done-for-you sales infrastructure.
This role is perfect for someone who loves selling high-ticket offers, thrives in fast-paced conversations, and can switch seamlessly between consumer mindset and business-owner mindset.
NOTE: This is not a medical position. This is a sales role focused on beauty, wellness, and medical aesthetics.
What You'll Do
As a B2C & B2B Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for converting warm inbound leads into paying customers—both patients and clinic owners.
B2C (Consumer Sales)
You'll speak directly with consumers interested in aesthetic treatments and help them:
- Understand treatment value and expectations
- Commit financially (deposits, packages, memberships)
- Book consultations and treatment plans
B2B (Business Sales)
You'll also sell to MedSpa owners by:
- Qualifying clinic owners interested in scaling their practice
- Diagnosing growth bottlenecks (leads, bookings, retention, revenue)
- Presenting and closing our marketing & growth solutions
You'll be selling high-intent, warm leads only—no cold calling.

- You'll gain deep exposure to the aesthetics industry and recurring-revenue offers
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound B2C leads and convert them into booked consultations, packages, and memberships
- Conduct B2B sales calls with MedSpa owners to close marketing & growth solutions
- Build trust quickly and establish authority on calls
- Qualify prospects financially and set clear expectations
- Follow structured sales scripts while adapting to real conversations
- Handle objections around price, trust, timing, and past experiences
- Collaborate with Client Success & Marketing teams for smooth handoffs
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline tracking
- Hit daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ year of sales experience (B2C, B2B, or high-ticket preferred)
- Strong phone presence and confidence leading conversations
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Comfortable discussing pricing, budgets, and financial commitment
- Coachable and willing to role-play and improve continuously
- Ability to handle rejection and stay emotionally disciplined
- Fast learner who can switch between consumer and business sales
- Full-time availability with 8-hour EST overlap
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $30, $90,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
