About The Position
As a Finance Operations staff member, you will contribute significantly to the Finance team and not only provide necessary and useful deliverables to internal and external constituents, but you will also ensure that all deliverables are sufficient, compliant, accurate and reliable.

  • Ability to handle the full-cycle of accounting functions for various vendor invoices related to US sale agents and retail locations
  • External and internal follow up responsibility to vendor-related inquires up to final resolution
  • Calculate and manage the logistic of cash deposits/safe deposits for sales agents and retail locations throughout the US
  • Reconciles all cash statements daily and report information to the Accounting and Finance Treasury departments
  • Own all aspects of accounting planning, analysis, and reporting for fleet vehicle program
  • Assist and participate on Analyze Financial projects
  • Participate in the accounting process pertaining to company-related insurance claims
  • Assist with month-end reconciliation related to all these duties
  • Analyze cost and Benefit for Fleet, and other services RIA has
  • Analyze and handle reports for RIA services
  • Other special projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Project Management Experience (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Project engineering skills
  • Knowledge and/or experience Finance is a plus
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and negotiating skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • English/Spanish fluency preferred
