Estamos en búsqueda de un Gerente de Impuestos altamente analítico y orientado a resultados, que lidere la estrategia fiscal de la empresa, asegurando el cumplimiento de todas las obligaciones tributarias locales e internacionales, así como la optimización fiscal en línea con la normativa vigente.

Ubicación: Azcapotzalco, CDMX

Tiempo completo, presencial

Área: Contabilidad / Fiscal

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar, implementar y supervisar la estrategia fiscal de la empresa.

  • Coordinar y revisar el cálculo y presentación de impuestos federales, estatales y municipales.

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento fiscal ante el SAT y otras autoridades competentes.

  • Supervisar auditorías fiscales internas y externas.

  • Identificar oportunidades de eficiencia fiscal y riesgos potenciales.

  • Mantenerse actualizado con los cambios en legislación fiscal.

  • Coordinar al equipo fiscal y colaborar con áreas contables, legales y financieras.

  • Reportar de manera clara y puntual a la dirección financiera.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Contaduría, Finanzas o carrera afín.
  • Maestría o Especialidad en Fiscal.
  • Mínimo 15 años de experiencia en áreas fiscales, preferentemente en puestos gerenciales.
  • Dominio de la legislación fiscal mexicana.
  • Experiencia en manejo de auditorías SAT y atención a requerimientos.
  • Conocimientos en planeación fiscal, precios de transferencia y tratados internacionales.
  • Excel avanzado y manejo de ERP (SAP, Oracle, u otro).
  • Inglés avanzado
    (INDISPENSABLE)
  • Conocimiento de tratados de doble tributación
  • Conocimiento de precios de transferencia a nivel estratégico.
  • Interacción y supervisión de asesores y despachos externos.
  • Alineación fiscal con cierres financieros y reportes corporativos.
