Position Summary

The Strategic Program Manager oversees and coordinates multiple interrelated projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role is responsible for organizing programs and initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, developing long-term strategic goals, and managing program and project budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Propose and challenge logistics process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure prompt and thorough handling of all customer inquiries, claims, complaints, repairs, and warranty issues.
  • Provide effective solutions related to lead times (LT) and delivery dates (DD) to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Manage marketing demand forecasts and backlog to determine optimal inventory levels and implement appropriate stocking strategies.
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to address factors impacting service levels.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, and Production teams to develop and implement systems that support efficient production scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Participate in scheduled training sessions as required.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's degree preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing programs in the electronics or automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of reflow processes and SMT machine operations.
  • Basic understanding of slate (PCB) design.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong leadership and communication abilities with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
