Analista de QA

En T1, estamos en búsqueda de un Analista de QA que contribuya a garantizar la calidad, estabilidad y funcionalidad de las soluciones tecnológicas del ecosistema T1, asegurando que cada release cumpla con los más altos estándares de desempeño y experiencia de usuario.

Requisitos del puesto:

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática o afín.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 a 3 años en Quality Assurance manual o automatizado en entornos tecnológicos o SaaS.
  • Conocimiento y manejo de herramientas de testing como Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Postman, JMeter o similares.
  • Deseable experiencia en pruebas de APIs, integraciones, regresión, UI/UX y mobile.
  • Conocimiento básico de AWS, CI/CD, React/*, MongoDB o NodeJS (deseable).
  • Atención al detalle, pensamiento analítico y alto sentido de responsabilidad.
  • Habilidad para documentar y reportar hallazgos con precisión.

Responsabilidades del puesto:

  • Ejecutar planes y casos de prueba definidos por el Head of QA y los Product Owners.
  • Realizar pruebas funcionales, de regresión, rendimiento y usabilidad para garantizar la calidad antes de los lanzamientos.
  • Detectar, documentar y dar seguimiento a defectos e incidencias durante las fases de desarrollo.
  • Apoyar en la automatización de pruebas y en la integración de procesos QA dentro del pipeline CI/CD.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de desarrollo y diseño para asegurar la mejor experiencia de usuario.

Participar en revisiones de calidad y contribuir con mejoras continuas a los procesos QA.

  • Validar correcciones y verificar la trazabilidad completa de los bugs hasta su resolución.
