Join Our Team as:

Workday Technical Developer

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree ( computer science, software engineering, information systems)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technically responsible for managing the Workday integrations workstream for the Americas
  • Providing technical guidance to ensure business processes and configuration are optimized
  • Ensuring enhancements align with best practices and improve user experience
  • Collaborate with and coordinate the external AMS support provider to review and coordinate testing of configurations, ensuring all changes are thoroughly vetted before moving to production.
  • Maintaining, and supporting integration solutions within the Fresenius Workday Platform
  • Resolution of incidents that occur with the current integrations
  • Support data transformation and mapping between Workday and external systems
  • Conducting in unit testing, integration testing, and UAT for new or updated integrations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors, data mismatches, and connectivity issues
  • Support with monitoring scheduled integrations and ensure successful execution
  • Resolution of integration failures and escalate issues as needed
  • Maintain error logs and provide root cause analysis
  • Support with documenting integration designs, configurations, and support procedures
  • Stay updated on Workday releases and new integration features
  • Specialist focus on supporting Benefits and Payroll integrations

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Academic background or comparable professional experience
  • Workday Integrations Certifications
  • English ( business fluent) and spanish ( very good verbal an written skills)
