Join Our Team as:
Workday Technical Developer
Education:
- Bachelor's degree ( computer science, software engineering, information systems)
Key Responsibilities:
- Technically responsible for managing the Workday integrations workstream for the Americas
- Providing technical guidance to ensure business processes and configuration are optimized
- Ensuring enhancements align with best practices and improve user experience
- Collaborate with and coordinate the external AMS support provider to review and coordinate testing of configurations, ensuring all changes are thoroughly vetted before moving to production.
- Maintaining, and supporting integration solutions within the Fresenius Workday Platform
- Resolution of incidents that occur with the current integrations
- Support data transformation and mapping between Workday and external systems
- Conducting in unit testing, integration testing, and UAT for new or updated integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors, data mismatches, and connectivity issues
- Support with monitoring scheduled integrations and ensure successful execution
- Resolution of integration failures and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain error logs and provide root cause analysis
- Support with documenting integration designs, configurations, and support procedures
- Stay updated on Workday releases and new integration features
- Specialist focus on supporting Benefits and Payroll integrations
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Academic background or comparable professional experience
- Workday Integrations Certifications
- English ( business fluent) and spanish ( very good verbal an written skills)
