YOUR TASKS
- Manage the plant's financial operations and deliver expected board results.
- Perform detailed analysis of sales, material costs, headcount, and salaries to identify cost drivers.
- Implement governance processes to control plant costs and expenditures.
- Monitor KPIs such as gross margin, manufacturing costs, and investment control.
- Prepare and present financial reports to plant management and corporate teams.
- Support strategic decision-making through cost analysis and forecasting.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (preferred).
- Previous experience as Plant Controller.
- Knowledge of CAPEX and manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical and financial skills with market sensitivity.
- Leadership and decision-making under pressure.
