Learning Jr Manager
to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is ideal for an
analytical, proactive
and
adaptable
individual who understands how to leading the execution of Aeroméxico's Learning Academies, including the Digital, Agile, Data, and Functional Academies. It ensures the successful deployment of technical training programs for non-union employees while coordinating the team in charge of implementing and maintaining key learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, and MasterClass. Additionally, it oversees the development and operation of the annual Learning Dashboard and manages the annual learning agenda for all non-union employees. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver high-impact learning initiatives across diverse audiences.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in
