Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage our financial operations, from daily
Accounts Payable
and vendor relations to monthly
bank reconciliations
. You will oversee
Asset Management
for equipment and vehicles while spearheading
Year-End Closing
tasks, including D&A, loan interest separation, and owner's draw adjustments. This role is vital for preparing accurate
Balance Sheets
and
P&L statements
to ensure seamless collaboration with our tax preparers during tax season.

Qualifications

  • Software Expertise: Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in QuickBooks to manage daily financial operations and general ledger maintenance.
  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with U.S.-based clients and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
