Estamos buscando un Arquitecto de Salesforce para diseñar soluciones seguras, escalables y de extremo a extremo para operaciones legales en nubes de Salesforce e integraciones. Definirás estándares de arquitectura, guiarás a equipos técnicos y asegurarás que las soluciones sean escalables, seguras y estén alineadas con la estrategia del negocio. El candidato ideal demostrará sentido de responsabilidad, proactividad, habilidades de resolución de problemas y capacidad para comunicar arquitecturas complejas a los equipos legales y de TI. Responsabilidades:
• Traducir los objetivos del negocio en arquitecturas escalables y seguras dentro de Salesforce.
• Definir modelos de datos, patrones de integración y gobernanza.
• Liderar revisiones de diseño técnico, brindar orientación a desarrolladores y aplicar mejores prácticas.
• Establecer estándares de seguridad y cumplimiento.
• Optimizar rendimiento y límites, y planificar estrategias multi-org/multi-cloud.
• Colaborar con los stakeholders para lograr resultados.
• Supervisar DevOps/CI-CD, estrategia de entornos y marcos de pruebas.
• Realizar evaluaciones de riesgos y planificar migraciones de datos y procesos de cutover. Habilidades y calificaciones – Técnicas y blandas:
• Más de 3 años de experiencia en Salesforce y en el diseño de soluciones empresariales.
• Amplia experiencia en arquitectura, integración y seguridad de Salesforce.
• Experiencia con gestión de APIs, herramientas MuleSoft/ETL, patrones basados en eventos (Platform Events) y manejo de grandes volúmenes de datos.
• Sólida gestión de stakeholders; capaz de comunicar temas complejos con claridad.
• Conocimiento de marcos de arquitectura empresarial (TOGAF, SABSA).
• Experiencia en gobernanza de datos y Master Data Management (MDM).
• Inglés avanzado (C1) $3,000 - $4,000 a month
