About the Role:

As an Upsell Specialist, you will be the friendly voice and engaging face of the company—building lasting relationships with our clients and identifying opportunities for additional services and products. Your goal is to increase customer lifetime value by providing tailored solutions, insightful recommendations, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting additional services and upgrades
  • Provide customized sales strategies, sharing information about our products and services
  • Research leads and identify upselling opportunities across multiple platforms
  • Educate customers on the benefits of our services, especially online marketing solutions
  • Close sales and ensure smooth onboarding for new upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate with the advertising team to troubleshoot issues and optimize campaigns
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality
  • Provide timely updates and support for ongoing customer inquiries and escalations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in tele-sales and customer service
  • Strong understanding of online marketing, PPC campaigns, and social media platforms
  • Experience in PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising and campaign management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to research and identify potential upsell opportunities
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for exceeding sales targets
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus

Work Conditions:

  • Work hours: 7 AM to 4 PM Tijuana / 9 AM to 6 PM Central Mexico
  • Remote work with a supportive team environment
