Sobre la posición: Participarás en revisiones de negocio con stakeholders de diferentes unidades, conectando información de diversas fuentes, para traducir los datos en narrativas claras y prácticas (Storytelling), para mejorar la experiencia de los jugadores de nuestra plataforma.

  • Ingreso de 65,000 a 75,000 pesos libres Prestaciones de Ley, 100% nominal y prestaciones superiores (vales de despensa, seguro de gastos, etc).
  • Horario de lunes a viernes 9:00 p.m. a 6:30 p.m.
  • Zona de trabajo: Presencial inicialmente (Paseo de la Reforma) y posterior, remoto 90%.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • 5 años de experiencia como: Cx Analitycs, Consultant Player Support, Customer Experience Analyst, data engineer, data analyst, analista de datos, analista, consultor analítico, Strategic Consultant, Business Intelligence, BI Manager, data engineer, data analyst, analista de datos.
  • Inglés avanzado conversacional para sesiones de formación y de trabajo.
  • 4 a 5 años en diseño, modelado, análisis e interpretación de datos de diversas fuentes como (operaciones, soporte técnico, Cx, KPis, QA, etc). para generar reportes de, hallazgos, incidencias, tendencias, proyecciones, predictibilidad, entre otras de los usuarios.
  • 4 a 5 años en generación de reportes y presentaciones para realizar propuestas de mejora, desarrollo de productos o servicios. Cursos o certificaciones en scrum, design thinking, Story telling, blue ocean, red ocean, Strategic thinking, etc.
  • 3 a 4 años en tableros (Dashboards) y gestión de indicadores KPI de desempeño como: SLA, OLA, XLA, AHT, FCR, MTTR, Cx, etc.
  • 2 a 3 años en preparación y manejo de datos SQL y NoSQL con Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau o alguna herramienta de BI (Power BI, Qlik View) para análisis de información y construcción de presentaciones en Power point (PPT) usando técnicas como Story telling, (Storydoing, storyselling).
  • Familiaridad con Databricks, Google Analytics, or Redshift
