YOUR TASKS – This is what you'll do with us:

  • Customer-centric: In client workshops, you will analyze the challenges of our customers and translate them into qualified user stories that are implemented in agile projects.
  • Multi-project management: You will manage agile, international projects, plan the development roadmap with our clients, and always maintain an overview.
  • As a source of inspiration and an active team member, you will enrich existing topics and task areas and help to adopt new perspectives.
  • You will bring structure to complex contexts and processes within our projects, work out priorities, and present the prioritization decisions.
  • Clear communication: You will prepare your work results in an understandable, structured, and reliable manner and apply techniques of target-group-oriented storytelling in your communication. You will actively manage stakeholders and communicate continuously, both with our clients and with the internal team.

YOUR BACKGROUND – This is what you bring with you:

  • A completed university/technical college degree in a STEM subject, business informatics, or a comparable field.
  • You have several years of professional experience and have already successfully worked in multiple IT projects using agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Thanks to your good knowledge of requirements gathering, requirements workshops, interviews, research, etc., are part of your expertise. You are a team pl
  • ayer and ready to interact with a wide variety of people in the company on a daily basis; you act with a high degree of personal responsibility and keep a cool head even when things get crazy.
  • Work practice: You work analytically and in a structured manner.
  • Agile working is a matter of course for you; you are used to working remotely with international teams and conducting workshops and meetings.
  • With your empathy, strong communication skills, confidence, and clarity, you will help us make Team Zoi even better. You have very good written English skills.
