What You Will Do

Objetivo de la posición:
Dar soporte y seguimiento a las diferentes actividades que se realizan en el área de VDSP y Cross Dock.

Requisitos

• Escolaridad: Recien egresados en Lic. Administración, Contabilidad, Informática Administrativa o afin.
• Idioma: Inglés Intermedio.
• Software: Paqueteria Office.

Actividades

• Seguimiento Pedidos/Compras/Facturación.
• Reclamos de los programas VDSP y Cross Dock.
• Gestionar la comunicación a Dealers y Proveedores.
• Soporte comercial al equipo regional.
• Facturación de todas las líneas vendors a fin de mantener los estados de cuenta de los proveedores al día y al mismo tiempo realizar la entrega de facturas hacia nuestros distribuidores en tiempo para el ingreso de su material en sus almacenes.
• Solicitud de pedidos a las diferentes líneas de vendors con la finalidad de mantener la entrega de material a nuestros distribuidores para el abastecimiento de las refacciones necesarias hacia el cliente final.
• Seguimiento de reclamos por daños o faltantes de material con los distribuidores y proveedores a través de la aplicación iclaim, generación de las notas de crédito correspondientes.
• Soporte al equipo de Regional en cuanto a los tiempos estándar de entrega de material del proveedor con el objetivo de incrementar el volumen de venta de acuerdo a estos.
• Solicitud de pedidos Cross Dock, seguimiento a importación y facturación de materiales con el soporte del área de PDC.
• Generar los reportes requeridos por las áreas de controlling.
• Mantener comunicación con distribuidores y proveedores a fin de gestionar temas de VDSP y Cross Dock.
• Revisión de Open Orders con Proveedores.
• Mantener actualizada la aplicación de Share Point para control de Vendors.
• Soporte al Equipo Regional en actividades comerciales de vendors.
• Seguimiento a correos funcionales de facturas de proveedores, cancelaciones, y recepción de solicitudes varias.
