Empresa líder en transportación internacional de bebidas, solicita:

CUSTOMER SERVICE (INHOUSE)

Escolaridad: Lic. en Comercio Internacional o Negocios Internacionales.

Sueldo libre mensual de $18,000.00

Prestaciones: un mes de aguinaldo, prima vacacional de ley, imss y seguro de gastos médicos mayores.

Indispensable experiencia laboral como CUSTOMER SERVICE en embarques marítimos y aéreos, logística internacional o con algún forwarding o empresas de bebidas.

Inglés intermedio o avanzado o inglés conversacional.

Software: office, Outlook y de preferencia SAP o similar.

Días y horario de trabajo: L-V 8:30 a 6:00 pm.

Lugar de trabajo por el rumbo de periférico sur, cerca del ITESO, Tlaquepaque, Jal.

Actividades:

  • Será el responsable de la realización de la asignación de inventario en pedidos abiertos para INTERNACIONAL.
  • Captura de pedidos en SAP para 6 regiones.
  • Cubicaje.
  • Elaboración de fichas técnicas y especificaciones solicitadas por los distribuidores.
  • Coordinación y seguimiento de muestras.
  • Captura y seguimiento a reclamaciones.
  • Coordinación y seguimiento de registros sanitarios.
  • Seguimiento order to cash en entregas internacionales.
