Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Process Engineering Manager located in Guadalajara North , Campus.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the process engineering manager role involves Responsible for leading a team of process engineers working on improving process engineering capabilities in order to support a specific area of a manufacturing organization

What a typical day looks like:

  • Proficient in cost management, talent development and departmental KPIs.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to subordinate leaders to ensure achievement of goals and objectives.
  • Manage a team of engineers and technicians to establish and maintain statistical process control systems.
  • Establish and improve process capabilities
  • Develop and maintain process documentation.
  • Manage development projects that are designed to meet customer product specifications, delivery and cost expectations.
  • Work with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.
  • Improve throughput in constrained areas.
  • Develop, test and implement new materials and processes for improved performance and/or lower cost and lead cost reduction efforts in assigned process areas.
  • Partner with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.
  • Lead initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost and improve performance in constrained areas.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Experience managing operations & engineering in electronic manufacturing
  • Strong background in Process engineering smt positions, strong experience
  • BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in automation, and process management.
  • Epoxy and chemical Knowledge
  • Good experience on SMT, Assembly & Test, Backend Processes,
  • Good leadership and organization skill in dynamics environment to achieve operation efficiency and profitability.
