Build and launch operational setups for ~40 brandsDesign and execute launch plans for each incoming brand.Work with dark kitchen or restaurant operators, local partners, and suppliers to ensure feasibility.Own kitchen setup, workflows, equipment, sourcing, and operational readiness.2. Adapt international brands to a dark kitchen modelTranslate brand standards and recipes into scalable operational processes.Ensure alignment between global brand expectations and on-the-ground execution.Collaborate directly with founders, franchisors, and culinary teams.3. End-to-end operational ownershipCreate SOPs, checklists, KPIs, quality standards, and training protocols.Monitor daily performance and intervene quickly when issues arise.Guarantee consistent quality and speed across all sites.4. Problem-solving and speedRemove bottlenecks rapidly—this is a high-velocity project.Troubleshoot layout, staffing, supply chain, quality, and equipment issues.Be willing to do operational work personally when required.5.
