This position is a hybrid position to work from Mexico City. You will be working as a consultant directly with clients US Clients.

Title: Network L3 Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer with strong expertise in Cisco and Aruba technologies to join our technical team. This role requires hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructure, with a focus on LAN, WLAN, and network security solutions.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI model, LAN, and WLAN technologies with hands-on troubleshooting experience
- Proficiency in Cisco and Aruba network infrastructure (switches, wireless controllers, access points, ClearPass)
- Strong expertise in Aruba products: 6000/8000 series switches, 500/600 series APs, 900 series gateways, Aruba Central, UXI, and Airwave
- Experience with LAN protocols (VTP, STP, ACL, Port-channel, LAG, VSF, VSX) and gateway redundancy (HSRP, VRRP, GLBP)
- Knowledge of wireless security configurations (WPA/WPA2, 802.1X, PSK, AES, TKIP, WEP) and RF planning
- Proven experience in network migration, deployment, and creating technical documentation (LLD, HLD, Visio, testing scripts)
