We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Intake Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them navigate our services and determine the best path forward. You will play a crucial role in understanding their needs and guiding them through the intake process, ensuring they feel supported and informed.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
  • Strong desire to positively impact people's lives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Empathetic and able to understand clients' needs and challenges.
  • Team player with respect and integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Resilient and able to handle setbacks with a positive attitude.
  • Must be fluent both English and Spanish.

Note: Legal experience is not required.
