We are seeking a skilled Product or Project Manager with expertise in agile methodologies to guide the development of BI/ML and AI capabilities. This role involves aligning technical teams with business stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of scalable data solutions.

Your mission:
The Enablement Lead Team drives BI, ML, and AI initiatives by translating business needs into strategic, scalable solutions. Acting as product managers, we prioritize and guide analytics efforts to maximize value and empower data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of data projects using agile methodologies;
• Own roadmap and product vision for data capabilities;
• Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives;
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deploy scalable data solutions;
• Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones;
• Promote best practices in agile workflows and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field;
• Fluent English;
• Native or fluent Spanish;
• 3+ years of experience in product or project management, ideally in data, analytics or AI/ML environments;
• Proven track record of delivering data products or platforms in agile settings;
• Strong understanding of data development processes (BI/ML/AI) and scalable solution design;
• AzureDevOps/Jira or similar tool knowledge;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Familiar with cloud-based data platforms and modern data stack components such as Databricks and MS Fabric.

• Stakeholder-Centric Communication: Communicates clearly and effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders, translating needs and expectations across domains.
