The Insurance Representative is responsible for supporting the insurance manager with the commercial processes and insurance performance in terms, competitiveness and conciliation process. Also, support all the administration of the data of the different insurance products that are commercialized during the life cycle of insurance.

  • Act as a primary point of contact for Insurance Partners and internal areas in terms of procedures and operational issues related to insurance.
  • Support the dealership network, GMF field team, other GMF departments and Insurance Companies in different requirements and reports, for the achievement of the objectives.
  • Support conciliation processes for the insurance products.
  • Support the creation of commercial materials and newsletters about insurance products.
  • Support Internal Areas but no limited, as follows:
  • BPMs, CRs, administrative procedures and onboardings.
  • Sales Area (District Managers, Fleets and Leasing) with Insurance related issues, administration and FAQ.
  • Contract renewals and regulations monitoring.
  • Active participation in special projects as assigned.
  • Effectively manage operational relationships with insurance companies, with proactive vendor oversight to ensure consistent follow-up, clear and timely communication.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Actuarial or related is required.

  • Proficient oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Desirable 1 year of experience in vendor administration and data analysis (insurance related preferred)
  • Teamwork and collaborative attitude.
  • Data Analysis and constant follow-up skills.
  • Detail Oriented.
  • Highly responsible and proactive attitude.
  • Customer focused approach.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, additional plus knowledge in database management tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and/or others.
