Who we are?

Talentato is a recruitment agency specialized in renewable energy roles across Mexico and LATAM. We partner with fast-growing clean energy companies to execute agile, hands-on recruitment processes focused on quality, speed, and ownership.

We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join us on a 3-month project to support the end-to-end execution of multiple active roles.

What will you do?

You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment execution, focusing on sourcing, screening, and pipeline management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing recruitment processes from sourcing to shortlist delivery
  • Active sourcing using LinkedIn and free/public sourcing channels
  • Posting job openings on public job boards and professional communities
  • Resume screening and first interviews in English
  • Preparing candidate profiles following Talentato's internal format
  • Maintaining accurate candidate tracking in the ATS
  • Managing candidate follow-ups and interview coordination
  • Supporting a high-priority client account and additional roles as needed

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience as a Recruiter (agency experience preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Strong sourcing skills beyond basic LinkedIn searches
  • Advanced English (mandatory)
  • High level of autonomy and ownership
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills.
  • Availability to start immediately
  • Full-time availability during business hours (CDMX time)
  • Comfortable working under a project-based contractor model
  • Ability to issue invoices (facturación obligatoria)
  • Own laptop, cellphone and stable internet connection
