Carry out professional tasks in health promotion activities, disease prevention, medical care and emergencies, preventive and occupational medicine, aimed at personnel who work in the different drilling and/or maintenance equipment for oil wells.

Licensed Paramedic or Medical Professional. 5-8 years of experience Experience in medical emergencies, first-aid, pre-hospital care. Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations.

Provide general medicine services and on-site emergency care assigned work. Attend to emergencies that arise in the locations in accordance with the medical emergency plans established for this purpose. Issue diagnoses and prescribe treatment that must be followed, for the management of patients as the case may be. Update, verify and socialize the Medevac (Medical Evacuation). Manages and maintains equipment and basic nursing supplies for timely emergency care. Develop promotional programs and prevention in the health of the company to Workers. Participate in training tasks in meetings established for this purpose. Promote self-care, as well as prevention of risks to workers exposed. Maintain the SOC security observation program database established by Nabors, weekly. Generate analysis of the trends found. Include ESS staff (Epidemiological Surveillance Systems), perform medical follow-up on people included and generate management indicators. Develop and maintain the Vaccination database and follow-up. Carry out daily tours promoting good work practices, focused on prevention of occupational diseases or Work accidents. Develop the activities framed in the integrated management system company. Carry out inspections according to QHSE schedule and generate reports daily, weekly and monthly, as well as requested by the operator. Generate corrective or preventive actions aimed at closing findings, non-compliances, incidents, near misses and other recommendations and general observations. Participate in incident investigations and events as a member of the QHSE team. Actively participate in the formation of brigades, in carrying out practices and drills at work sites. Attend and participate in internal audits and external activities carried out in the company. Ensure entry protocols visiting staff and/or Nabors employees to the work site. Carry out safety induction for personnel visitor at the workplace and employees of Nabors. Guarantee compliance with the alcohol and drug policy of the company, carrying out the necessary tests for personnel. Verify the staff vaccination records that enter facilities. Develop activities framed in the job reinstatement procedure company. Socialize the heads of the areas involved when an accident event occurs work, occupational disease or illness general and that is the object of the job reinstatement. Participate in monitoring the plans action and medical recommendations issued. Follow up on the worker's case reinstated, for this you must fill out the case work monitoring format.
