This role is hybrid based at our Mexico City office
The Marketing Manager, LATAM is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies using the 7Ps framework to drive business growth across the region. The position focuses on market analysis in Mexico, identifying customer needs, proposing innovative marketing initiatives, and implementing digital and educational campaigns. This role also coordinates product launches, builds strategic alliances and tracks KPIs to ensure successful execution and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth Planning: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of growth strategies to drive market expansion and increase revenue in the short- and long-range planning.
  • Market Analysis & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities and customer needs in Mexico and LATAM countries. Utilize data analytics to measure the performance of existing and future pipeline products making data-driven decisions.
  • Product & Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development Manager and team to align marketing strategies with product launches and improvements. Collaborate with Sales teams, Business Development and other areas to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
  • Performance Metrics: Set and monitor KPIs to measure the success of growth initiatives and continuously optimize strategies.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with B2B, Marketing teams, stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and other relevant entities to drive growth.
  • Trade Marketing Activities: Flawless execution at POS and strategy setup for bigger markets as Mexico, as well as follow up for the merchandisers team under one report.

Experience

  • University Degree in Marketing or related
  • Previous experience in Marketing or commercial roles, preferably in the Healthcare Industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or similar roles, solid knowledge of the Marketing strategies and new market trends.
  • Experience desirable in local Retail Market and Government Sales, with the ability to identify business opportunities and challenges.
  • English is a must.
