• Proveer entrenamiento a los empleados que estén a su cargo

• Mantener y reforzar los estándares de seguridad y calidad en el área asignada

• Mantener los Rates de Producción y Calidad establecidos por Calidad e Ingenieria

• Llenado de los TPM's y seguimiento en caso de generar ordenes de trabajo

• Prevenir la generación de desperdicio y dar la correcta disposición del mismo cuando sea generado

• Reportar cualquier descuido o problemas de Producción al supervisor.

• Prevenir cuellos de botella.

• Responsable de Equipo, Material y Subensambles.

• Mantener las 5s del area de trabajo

• Disponibilidad de Horarios

• Actitud de Servicio y Sentido de Urgencia.
