This role is designed for a high-performing freelancer who operates with precision, autonomy, and commercial focus.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media, Content & Brand Presence

  • Own daily social media execution across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Pinterest.
  • Produce high-impact copy and campaign concepts with impeccable written English.
  • Drive consistent content cadence, community growth and engagement.

Lead Generation, Automation & CRM

  • Design, build and manage multichannel lead generation workflows (email, LinkedIn, forms).
  • Implement AI-assisted prospecting using tools such as Apollo, Clay and PhantomBuster.
  • Create automated outreach sequences with integrated follow-ups in HubSpot, Lemlist and Zapier.

Paid Acquisition & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
  • Manage targeting, creative testing, budgets and funnel optimisation.
  • Build conversion-focused landing pages in Framer or WordPress.

Tracking, Analytics & Reporting

  • Implement and maintain full tracking infrastructure across all acquisition channels.
  • Build real-time dashboards for CAC, CTR, Conversion Rate, Cost per Lead, Funnel Velocity and ROI per channel.
  • Deliver weekly insight reports with clear recommendations to leadership.

Website Optimisation & CRO

  • Run A/B tests on landing pages, messaging and CTAs.
  • Analyse behaviour using Hotjar, Mixpanel or similar tools.
  • Continuously optimise site performance, SEO and conversions.

AI-Driven Marketing & Automation

  • Leverage AI tools for content, ad copy, reporting and creative ideation.
  • Automate repetitive workflows across social scheduling, CRM updates and reporting.

  • Marketing Automation: HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, Clay, Zapier, PhantomBuster, Make
  • Paid Media: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEMrush
  • Analytics: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Looker Studio, Data Studio, Sheets automation
