Hotel boutique en Todos Santos, Baja California Sur. Se encuentra en búsqueda de un
General Manager.
Licenciatura en administración de empresas, turismo o afín.
Mínimo 5 a 6 años de experiencia en hotelería de lujo, con al menos 3–4 años en posiciones de General Manager, Director de Operaciones o Hotel Manager en: Hoteles boutique de lujo. Para liderar integralmente la operación y participando de manera directa y hands-on en los procesos operativos, comerciales y financieros, asegurando una experiencia altamente personalizada para el huésped, la excelencia operativa, la rentabilidad del negocio y el posicionamiento del hotel como referente en hospitalidad boutique.
Principales responsabilidades:
- Dirigir la operación total del hotel boutique, involucrándose activamente en los procesos diarios y cuidando cada detalle de la experiencia del huésped.
- Garantizar estándares de servicio de lujo, atención personalizada y consistencia en la experiencia boutique.
- Diseñar e implementar estrategias comerciales y de venta que impulsen la ocupación, el ADR y la rentabilidad del hotel.
- Desarrollar estrategias operativas alineadas al concepto y ADN del hotel, participando de forma directa en su ejecución.
- Gestión financiera: elaboración y control de presupuesto, costos, ingresos y rentabilidad (P&L).
- Liderar, desarrollar y motivar equipos pequeños, con un liderazgo cercano, operativo y enfocado en resultados.
- Supervisar y participar activamente en áreas clave: habitaciones, A&B, experiencias, mantenimiento y administración.
- Reportar resultados operativos y financieros a inversionistas y stakeholders, proporcionando análisis y propuestas de mejora.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas, políticas internas y estándares de calidad.
- Actuar como principal embajador del hotel frente a huéspedes, inversionistas y aliados estratégicos.
- Identificar y proponer oportunidades de mejora continua, innovación y diferenciación del producto boutique
Requisitos
- Lic. en Administración, administración de empresas o a fin
- Mínimo 5 a 6 años de experiencia en hotelería de lujo, con al menos 3–4 años en posiciones de General Manager,
- Gestión directa del P&L, presupuestos, control de costos y optimización de ingresos.
- Sólida experiencia directiva y operativa en hotelería de lujo, con enfoque hands-on.
- Alta orientación al detalle, servicio personalizado y experiencia del huésped.
- Perfil altamente propositivo, estratégico y con capacidad de ejecución.
- Conocimientos financieros sólidos y visión comercial.
- Dominio del idioma inglés en un nivel avanzado (oral y escrito).
- Presencia activa y constante en el sitio de operación (mínimo 6 días a la semana).
