Responsabilidades principales

  • Desarrollar soluciones de Ingeniería de Pozos: diseño direccional, torque & drag, hidráulica, BHA y análisis de riesgos.
  • Brindar soporte en tiempo real para maximizar eficiencia operativa y mitigar riesgos.
  • Participar en licitaciones (tenders) y reuniones pre/post-pozo con clientes.
  • Elaborar programas de pozo, procedimientos operativos y reportes técnicos.
  • Implementar mejores prácticas, nuevas tecnologías y procesos de mejora continua.
  • Realizar análisis post-pozo y estudios de causa raíz.
  • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios y mantener interacción técnica con clientes.

Requisitos técnicos:

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería. 
  • Experiencia en planificación direccional, RTOC y/o desempeño como Directional Driller.
  • Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).
  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en operaciones de Directional Drilling o MLWD (motores de fondo, registros, herramientas de medición, ejecución en DD/MLWD).
  • Mínimo 6 meses en Anticolisión y Trayectoria.
  • Mínimo 6 meses de RTOC.
  • Conocimiento y dominio de software de diseño de perforacin.
  • Conocimiento sólido en terminología de diseño y perforación.
  • Conocimiento en anticolisión, análisis de datos de perforación, análisis de riesgo y causa raíz.
  • Entendimiento profundo de los diferentes tipos de vibración de fondo.
  • Experiencia en interacción y soporte técnico al cliente.
  • Certificación vigente de Control de Pozos.
  • Manejo de herramientas técnicas: modelado de control de pozos, AutoCAD, MS Project, Visio y software de ingeniería.
