Requisitos del puesto

  • Título de licenciatura en Gestión, Negocios, Finanzas, Ingeniería o Cadena de Suministro, o próximo a obtener el título.
  • Un mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en transacciones en datos maestros, adquisiciones, servicios compartidos, finanzas, cadena de suministro.
  • Conocimientos avanzados en SAP.
  • Fluidez en inglés, nivel avanzado.
  • Conocimientos medios en Power BI.
  • Nivel básico de portugués.( Deseable)

Responsabilidades del puesto

  • Realizar compras estratégicas para la cadena de suministro. (Transporte doméstico, Almacenaje y equipos logísticos (pallets)
  • Negociar con proveedores para obtener las mejores condiciones de compra.
  • Manejo de negociaciones de rutas, precios, desglose completo de un precio (cuanto variable y cuanto fijo)
  • Manejo de Stakeholders y Supplier Relationship Management
  • Generar reportes y análisis de compras para la toma de decisiones.

  • Demostradas habilidades en comunicación clara y buenas habilidades de presentación.
  • Capacidad para aprender y adaptarse rápidamente a nuevos programas y procesos.
  • Comprensión de los procedimientos de Procure to Payment, incluyendo la solicitud de compra, la orden de compra y el pago.
  • Fuerte ética de trabajo y alto nivel de integridad.
  • Buenas habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo
