Job Summary

iCube LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing & Administrative Specialist to support our marketing initiatives and internal operations. This role requires strong digital marketing experience combined with basic administrative and accounting support skills. Freelancers will be considered, but full-time availability is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

  • Develop, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (social media, online ads, SEO content, newsletters).
  • Create digital and print marketing materials (posts, flyers, brochures, presentations).
  • Manage company social media accounts and maintain brand consistency.
  • Assist with website updates and content coordination.

Administrative Support

  • Support daily office operations and internal communication.
  • Coordinate vendors, documents, and general administrative tasks.
  • Maintain organized company files and templates.

Accounting Support

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping.
  • Track invoices and prepare simple expense reports.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, etc.).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Full-time availability preferred.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Freelance full-time employment available (full-time preferred).
  • Remote position with flexible scheduling.
  • Compensation based on experience and work arrangement.
