Treasury Cash Management Specialist

Job Description Summary

Planificar y gestionar la liquidez y el efectivo de la empresa, asegurando suficientes recursos financieros para cumplir con las obligaciones de pago, así como la gestión de las conciliaciones bancarias mes a mes. Relación con bancos y stakeholders de Colombia.

Job Description

Location: Hybrid. CDMX
 

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Calculation and projection of cash flow.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Audit deliveries and reports.
• Relationship with banks.
• Closing reports of month.
• Relationship with key stakeholders in Colombia.
• Pago de Intercompanies.

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Business.

• Experience 1–2 years in finance operations/R2R/shared services.

• Strong analytical & communication skills, attention to detail, process orientation, and stakeholder management.

• Meet deadlines; prioritize effectively; work independently and collaboratively.

• KPIs: report and mapping accuracy, SLA adherence for POs/invoices, fewer exceptions, training coverage, compliance.

• Impactful role with exposure to enterprise tools and cross-functional teams; growth through ownership and improvement.

• High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Presentation)
