We're Hiring

We are seeking a talented Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) CDMX with robust experience in Azure environments, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.

Your mission will be to ensure the reliability, scalability, and automation of our critical platforms. If you thrive on solving complex challenges, automating processes, and ensuring seamless operations, we want to meet you

Key Responsibilities

Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments.

Automate processes (toil) to reduce manual tasks and improve consistency.

Configure and manage cloud infrastructure (Azure) adhering to high standards of security and performance.

Collaborate closely with development teams to resolve deployment bottlenecks and production issues.

Monitor system performance and implement data-driven improvements (SLIs/SLOs).

Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and ARM templates.

Document technical processes and incident resolution guides.

Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.

Required Skills & Experience (Must-haves)

Experience: 3–5 years in SRE, DevOps, or similar roles.

Cloud: Solid experience with Microsoft Azure and AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service).

CI/CD Tools: Proficiency with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.

IaC: Practical knowledge of Terraform and ARM templates.

Scripting: Skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

Containers & GitOps: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and GitOps frameworks (ArgoCD, Flux).

Language: Advanced English (oral and written) required.

Availability: Must be available to collaborate within US/EU time zones.

Desired Qualifications (Nice-to-haves)

Azure Certifications (AZ-400, AZ-104, etc.).

Experience with monitoring tools (Elastic Stack, Grafana, Prometheus).

Knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery strategies (DR).
