Our partner is looking for an experienced Search Ads Expert / Media Buyer to join their team and take charge of managing paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft Bing. In this role, you'll be responsible for implementing campaigns, monitoring and managing accounts, and making daily optimization decisions to ensure performance is meeting client KPIs.

What You'll Do

On a day-to-day basis, you will:Implement paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft Bing.Ongoing monitoring & management of accounts, including daily optimization decisions for assigned client ad accounts, Ad account performance vis-a-vis client KPIs, Ad and target segment conversion rates, and report back on fluctuations, etc.On a weekly basis, you will:Prepare bi-weekly performance reports, optimizations, and recommended next steps.Monitor & manage digital ads, data analysis & insight development.Every month, you will:Conduct account research: keywords, targeting, competitor research & industry trendsCollaborate with Analytics to take on projects like cluster analysis.Monitor & Manage LTV/CAC Analysis, Budget recommendations for the month, Bid Strategies, and Attribution models used to assess the success.



What You Need

3+ years working in the digital marketing domain, with at least 2 years leading the development/launch of search ad campaigns.Hands-on experience in executing and optimizing large-scale paid search campaigns through keyword (target and negative), ad copy, shopping, and display tactics. Working with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Keywords Planner, and SEM Rush Analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and familiarity with the GA4 transition Attribution tools like Triple Whale or HyrosLanding page tools like UnbounceHeat mapping tools like HotJarPresentation tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides, and CMS websites and ecommerce frameworks such as WordPress, HubSpot, and Shopify.Leading search optimizations, keyword, and product strategy discussions with clients and internal team members from other departments.Managing paid advertising campaigns across other channels such as Meta, TikTok, and/LinkedIn is preferred.Expertise In:Google Ads, YouTube, Merchant Centre, Microsoft Ads, and Pinterest.Analyzing quantitative data to develop actionable insights with a deep understanding of key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPC, CAC, LTV, CTR, CVR, etc.Tools & tech stack to gain a bird's eye view of the client's digital marketing efforts. Identify gaps & leverage the right tools.Demonstrate mastery of the client's business objectives Ability to consistently execute digital advertising campaigns that result in increased ROI across various investment levels.Understand and communicate benchmarks and projections as they relate to clients' expectations.

Salary & Perks

Competitive SalaryThis is a full-time, long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.Work from home.Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST.Additional perks.
