Funciones
Elaboración y revisión de los planes de abastecimiento de materiales y reabastecimiento de productos locales e importados para satisfacer de manera anticipada las necesidades de acondicionado local (valores agregados) para cubrir los planes de demanda definidos por el área comercial.

Seguimiento oportuno con proveedores para la entrega de órdenes de compra con base en el plan para garantizar el suministro oportuno de materiales y/o producto terminado.

Flexibilidad para adaptarse a cambios imprevistos en la demanda y/o abastecimiento estableciendo acciones que permitan reducir el riesgo de incurrir en faltantes y/o generar excesos.

Evaluar cualquier cambio notificado por el área regulatoria en términos del impacto en la cadena de suministro, de tal forma que se tracen estrategias que permitan garantizar la continuidad del suministro pero que al mismo tiempo reduzcan la posibilidad de generar excesos por obsolescencia.

Balancear de manera adecuada los niveles de inventarios para asegurar el nivel servicio requerido por el área comercial y proponer cambios en la política de inventarios que se adapten al entorno cambiante del mercado.

Seguimiento y gestión de cambios en diseño tanto a nivel de materiales como de producto terminado nacional e importados.

Elaboración de reportes e indicadores del área (días inventario, excesos, coberturas, fill rate, etc)

Dar seguimiento a los proyectos de desarrollo de nuevos productos.

Generación de controles de cambio y desviaciones cuando se requiera.

Revisión de agotes de existencia de los materiales impresos con Aseguramiento de calidad y el área de Asuntos regulatorios.

Seguimiento a liberaciones de materiales y/o productos pendientes por dictaminar por parte de calidad.
