What you'll do

Production Scheduling / Planning

  • Support the creation, adjustment, and execution of the daily and weekly production schedule.
  • Align production plans with capacity, labor availability, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Warehouse teams to ensure schedule adherence.
  • Monitor WO status, identify delays, and generate recovery plans when needed.
  • Track production performance and maintain scheduling KPIs.
  • Monitor finished goods inventory levels and system accuracy.
  • Maintain updated records in system SAP
  • Provide daily reports on production, inventory, and order status.

Shipping

  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents (CI, PL, AWB, BL, customs documentation).
  • Track shipments with forwarders/carriers and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Resolve transportation delays and delivery issues.
  • Maintain and update shipping KPIs.

What you must have

  • Proficient English Level
  • Experience in manufacturing environment / OEM supply chain role (S&OP, Demand planning, Supply Planning) or similar
  • Industrial Enginering Bachelor Degree
