Zubale es una empresa tecnológica que permite a los retailers triunfar en el comercio electrónico. Atendemos a una amplia gama de retailers, desde supermercados, tiendas especializadas, farmacias, tiendas departamentales y marcas de moda en México, Brasil, Chile, Costa Rica, Perú y Colombia.

Quién eres

Estamos buscando un Lead III altamente analítico para unirse a nuestro equipo. Será encargado de la gestión de data para asegurar cobertura operativa, anticipación de riesgos e impulsar la conectividad de supply.

Responsabilidades clave:

  • Gestión de Data: Supervisar, validar y optimizar la data para asegurar la correcta cobertura operativa, niveles de venta y asistencia de supply (shoppers/usuarios de la aplicación).
  • Análisis de Datos: Monitorear métricas clave de rendimiento, realizar análisis de datos y generar insights que soporten la toma de decisiones operativas y estratégicas.
  • Gestión de Riesgos Operativos: Analizar riesgos asociados a la operación (desconexión de supply, baja saturación, variabilidad de demanda, incumplimientos de SLA), anticipando impactos y definiendo planes de mitigación basados en datos.
  • Conectividad y Estabilidad de Supply: Impulsar la conectividad y retención de supply (shoppers/usuarios de la aplicación) mediante análisis de comportamiento, identificación de riesgos de churn y definición de acciones correctivas para garantizar la continuidad operativa.
  • Informes y Análisis: Preparar informes periódicos sobre el desempeño operativo, riesgos y evolución del supply, presentando hallazgos a gerencia, dirección y clientes para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en administración de negocios o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia laboral en retail, ecommerce, logística
  • Experiencia previa comprobable de 3 a 4 años en operaciones logísticas, monitoreo de operaciones, operación con retailers, contacto con clientes.
  • Manejo avanzado de Google Workspace y Microsoft Office

Preferred:

  • Experiencia en ecommerce, supply, retailers

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Sueldo: $13, $15,000.00 al mes
