This position's primary responsibility is to provide support for existing agents, Regional Operation Managers, Leadership team and the production team in the company's systems through a process that involves extensive coordination with various global functional as well as responsible for following up on escalated cases or cases that require special attention. 

Role Responsibilities

• Having High Level expertise in the overall function (SME) in International Agent Maintenance team. 

• Serve as the primary contact for floor support in the night shift.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and analysis.

• Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and issue resolution.

Role Requirements

• Student or graduate in Business Administration, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, Excel, and Microsoft Access.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm.
