and are seeking a polished and highly driven professional to join our team.

The Role

This hybrid role blends
premium client planning
and
front-facing consultative sales
, stewarding future Del Cabo Weddings couples from initial interaction through planning and flawless execution.

You will serve as the primary liaison for high-profile clients—guiding vision, shaping proposals, securing agreements and delivering impeccably designed celebrations.

What You'll Do

Client Sales & Relationship Management

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads and cultivate relationships with couples, agencies and venues

• Prepare custom proposals, estimates and commercial agreements aligned with luxury standards

• Handle consultative selling, negotiation, and contract closure—B2C primarily, with selective B2B channels

Planning & Design Coordination

• Lead discovery conversations, develop event scope, and interpret client vision into actionable direction

• Manage budgets, timelines and planning platforms with precision

• Coordinate with creative teams—design, florals, rentals, production—to ensure cohesive execution

• Conduct site visits, tastings, pre-cons and vendor appointments

• Oversee the production and styling of weddings on-site, ensuring seamless flow and guest delight

Brand Representation

• Represent Del Cabo Weddings professionally at venues, hotel partnerships and local events

• Uphold the cultural, aesthetic and service philosophy of a high-touch wedding house

What Sets You Apart

You have
natural elegance in communication
and thrive in a world where aesthetics, service and emotion intersect.

We're looking for someone with:

3–5 years in luxury weddings, events, lifestyle hospitality or related roles

Proven consultative sales ability (negotiation & closing experience strongly preferred)

Advanced English & Spanish

Exceptional organization, client service and follow-through

A calm, proactive and detail-obsessed mindset under pressure

Strong familiarity with hotels, vendors and wedding industry operations

Availability for
weekends, evenings and events

Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco — On-Site

This role requires presence at venues, hotels, vendors and events throughout the Bay of Banderas region.
