The Digital Media & Omnichannel Growth Junior Manager leads the planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital media strategies and driving the growth of Comex's omnichannel ecosystem. You will aim to maximize digital investment efficiency, increase brand consideration and traffic to sales channels (online and offline), and ensure campaign execution in collaboration with agencies, other teams, and partners. You will report to Omnichannel Director.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement paid digital media strategies (search, social, video, display, programmatic) aligned with brand, performance, and omnichannel objectives.
Coordinate and oversee the media team within the assigned agency, ensuring proper campaign execution and KPI achievement.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance through continuous analysis of key metrics (ROAS, CPC, CTR, VTR, Conversion Rate), recommending corrective actions.
Manage Always-On campaigns and key launches, ensuring consistency with brand positioning and business goals.
Plan, execute, and measure A/B tests and cross-campaign learnings to optimize creatives, audiences, and formats.
Manage digital investment budgets, ensuring efficiency, control, and compliance with PPG–Comex financial processes.
Collaborate with internal Marketing, CRM, E-commerce, and Website teams to deliver an integrated omnichannel experience aligned with the consumer journey.
Lead data integration and reporting efforts, leveraging analytics tools and technology partners to consolidate insights and performance dashboards.
Maintain relationships with digital platforms and partners (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), identifying opportunities for innovation and performance improvements.
Provide insights to the Marketing Director for future strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 4 years of experience in digital media execution.
Experience working with media agencies or large advertisers.
Solid knowledge of performance and brand media platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Merchant Center, DV360, YouTube, TikTok, and programmatic.
Experience in omnichannel and e-commerce strategies.
Experience with GA4, Data Studio, Power BI.
