We're seeking a 
highly skilled and detail-oriented Administration and Finance Manager
 to join our team in 
Mexico City
.

This leadership role is key to our operations — overseeing 
financial planning, risk evaluation, process optimization
, and 
database management
.

The ideal candidate combines 
analytical expertise, strategic vision
, and a solid understanding of 
financial administration
.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and analyze 
    financial and operational data
     for budgeting and risk assessment.
  • Identify 
    risks
    , establish 
    controls
    , and optimize internal processes to minimize losses.
  • Build and maintain 
    supplier and task-tracking databases
    .
  • Generate and monitor 
    financial reports
    , providing actionable insights.
  • Design tools and propose 
    workflow improvements
     to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years
     of experience in similar roles, ideally in 
    financial administration
    .
  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Finance or Administration
    .
  • Fluent English
     (essential).
  • Advanced 
    Excel skills
     (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
  • Strong 
    analytical mindset
     and ability to work in 
    data-heavy environments
    .
  • Capacity to 
    deliver under pressure
     in a 
    fast-paced
     setting.

Preferred background

  • Experience with 
    financial software
     or 
    data analysis tools
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    budgeting frameworks
     and 
    internal controls
    .
  • Previous experience in 
    high-standard or creative industries
    .
