Essential Responsibilities

  • Review of daily alerts produced by the filters and rules applied in the risk systems.

  • Leverage third party tools to enable a more robust review of daily alerts.  

  • Effective follow up and resolution of cases to include timely release of funds when warranted.

  • Provide recommendations for updates to the current controls based on daily review of alerts.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders in the business to minimize risk and loss attributed to high risk processing. 

  • Support other Risk teams as needed.

  • Educate stakeholders of the risks of not making fraud enhancements.

  • Provide quality customer service to both internal and external customers.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent English speaker and writer.

  • AA degree / BA degree or equivalent work experience

  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

  • Results and execution focused with an emphasis on analytical and logical problem solving skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Self-starter, expected to work both individually and in a team environment

  • Industry related work experience

  • Strong understanding and experience with credit card operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Risk or risk related experience
