ABOUT THE ROLE
We are an early-stage AI marketing startup based in the US., focused on delivering high-impact B2B solutions through automation, chatbots, and data-driven campaigns. We are currently building the company from the ground up, and we are looking for a highly entrepreneurial, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant who can help define processes, execute core operations, launch marketing efforts, and drive early sales.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, enjoys creating structure from scratch, and has hands-on experience with AI marketing tools, landing pages, automation systems, and B2B outreach. You will play a critical role in helping launch the business and build the foundation for scalable growth.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Operations & Executive Support
- Collaborate with the CEO to define and document operational workflows and business processes.
- Set up foundational systems including CRM, automation workflows, communication templates, and SOPs.
- Manage the Executive's calendar, prepare meeting notes, track deliverables, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date internal documentation, files, and project boards.
Marketing & Sales
- Create and optimize landing pages, funnels, and automated workflows.
- Support the creation and launch of digital ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google) focused on B2B acquisition.
- Write and refine marketing copy for email sequences, website pages, scripts, and social posts.
- Assist in creating branded assets, presentations, and product demos for early customers.
- Track campaign performance and propose optimizations using data and AI-driven insights.
- Build the early sales pipeline structure, workflows, and CRM organization.
- Create outbound prospecting lists and assist with early outreach via email, LinkedIn, and automated tools.
- Respond to inbound interest and convert leads into booked meetings or demos.
- Track weekly sales metrics and continuously refine outreach strategies.
WHAT SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE
- The company launches successfully with clear systems, workflows, and operating structures in place.
- The CEO is supported at a high level, enabling strategic focus and client-facing work.Sales outreach (inbound + outbound) becomes structured, measurable, and predictable.
- The startup gains early traction thanks to strong execution in operations, marketing, and sales.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of experience in executive support roles within startups, marketing agencies, or tech/AI companies.
- Hands-on experience with AI marketing tools, chatbots, landing page builders, and automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, funnels, and lead generation strategies.
- Experience running digital ads (Meta, LinkedIn, Google) and analyzing campaign performance.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable creating structure from scratch.
- Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.

WHAT WE OFFER
- Monthly Salary of $25,000 to $30,000 gross (bruto)
- Work from Home schedule (MUST live in Guadalajara)
