About Your Role:

  • 20% Apply lean principles to plant processes to identify and eliminate waste and improve site performance based on operational metrics, including but not limited to: People and Sustainability, Lead Time / Delivery / Flow (Growth), Quality / Capacity and Cost / Productivity
  • 10% Create a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization through training and development of all associates.
  • 20% Organize, lead, and act as facilitator in kaizen events for continuous improvement in alignment with the management team.
  • 10% Implement, participate in, and follow up on improvement ideas with salary and hourly teams.
  • 20% Develop and collaborate on company layouts, implementing tools such as 6S, Kanban, line balancing, and restructuring the company to improve the work environment.
  • 20% Support production in problem-solving and system implementation.

About You:

  • 5 years of experience.
  • Management skills (ability to lead others).
  • Six Sigma certified (at least Green Belt).
  • English proficiency: 70%.
  • Experience handling charts, histograms, Pareto diagrams, Gantt charts, etc.
  • Ability to read blueprints (Geometric Tolerances) and layouts.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of Lean tools (Kanban, Kaizen, 6S, Line Balancing, SMED, Flow).
  • PLUS: Six Sigma Green Belt.
  • Technical knowledge of SMT.
