Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled SAP SD and MM Functional Consultant for project implementation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) modules, and will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing these modules to meet the needs of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Business Needs
    : Understand and analyze the business requirements and processes and develop detailed SAP SD and MM solutions to meet those needs.
  • Functional specifications
    : Develop functional specifications, gather user approvals, coordinate UATs, and create requirements for production releases.
  • Design and Configuration
    : Design and configure customer-specific solutions in the SAP SD and MM environments.
  • Implementation Planning
    : Create detailed plans for the implementation of system updates and upgrades.
  • Support and Troubleshooting
    : Provide expert knowledge and support to team members and end-users for SAP SD and MM modules, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Integration
    : Collaborate with other SAP consultants to integrate various SAP modules and ensure seamless operation.
  • Testing
    : Test the functionality of SAP FI and CO modules to ensure they perform as expected and create testing plans, including testing scenarios, periods and success criteria in collaboration with business partners to be able to approve or provide the necessary feedback to the implementation team.
  • Documentation
    : Document all procedures for future reference and training purposes.
  • Data Migration
    : Assist in data conversion and migration processes.
  • Training
    : Provide training to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the SAP SD and MM systems.
  • Stakeholder Management
    : Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Education
    : Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Language
    : Fluent in English to be able to establish a communication and negotiations with global teams and to create functional specifications documents.
  • Experience
    : Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP SD and MM Functional Consultant, including e-invoicing, carta porte and any other regional government requirements. Experience integrating with Salesforce.
  • Technical Skills
    : Proficiency in SAP SD and MM configurations, and a deep understanding of business processes.
  • Problem-Solving Skills
    : Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
  • Communication Skills
    : Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration
    : Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management
    : Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications
    : SAP SD and MM certification.
  • Experience
    : Integrating with Salesforce and any other satellite systems.
  • Leadership Skills
    : Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to lead and mentor junior consultants.
  • Global Experience
    : Experience working in a global environment and with international teams.
