New Product Materials Coordinator

Will develop supporting the correct entry and exit of engineering changes/new products/transfers according to the dates specified with the Customers, Program Management and/or competencies for purposes (Engineering/Quality/SCM). Will be in charge of planning materials On Time for Customer, validation events, Run at Rate. Processing shipments to Customer and samples. The job includes a considerable amount of perception and scope for independent action.

Role:

  • Understand the operation of an ERP/MRP system, as well as its management
  • Tracking purchase orders with Suppliers and Purchasing (SCM)
  • Coordination of engineering changes for current and plant exit programs
  • Knowledge about BOM structures (Systematically)
  • Strong Analysis Capacity
  • Knowledge in Logistics and Classification of materials
  • Storage management of materials for timely transfer to production
  • Knowledge in Inventory Control
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Good organization and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to document and follow standardized processes.

Required Profile:

  • Engineering/Bachelor's degree completed.
  • Conversational English 85%.
  • General knowledge of production control, inventory and logistics operations.
  • General knowledge about the operation of manufacturing processes.
  • Problem solving through continuous improvement.
  • Proactive.
  • Effective administration of times and activities under specific dates.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to change.
  • Knowledge in MRP management & inventory management.
  • Knowledge of SAP/GES.
