What the work looks like
You will be the storyteller and online voice of Detail Cleaning Services.
Your role is to build connection, highlight our culture, support our hiring and marketing efforts, and strengthen both external and internal engagement.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a bilingual social media strategy
- Creating posts, reels, videos, stories, and written content
- Writing English and Spanish captions aligned with our brand voice
- Responding promptly and professionally to comments and messages
- Tracking analytics and preparing monthly engagement reports
- Monitoring trends, competitors, and best practices
- Supporting hiring campaigns, promotions, and community initiatives
- Managing engagement within our internal Facebook group
- Posting motivational and culture-focused content for the team
- Building participation and open communication among employees
- Assisting in basic email marketing tasks such as newsletters
- Supporting SEO-friendly website and blog content
- Learning and applying new marketing strategies through ongoing training
Your work helps strengthen internal culture and expand our presence in the community.

Requirements
- Bilingual: English and Spanish fluency
- Experience in social media or community management
- Strong writing and communication skills in both languages
- Understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube best practices
- Ability to generate creative content ideas
- Comfortable using Canva, scheduling tools, and project management platforms
- Organized and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to learn email marketing and SEO (training provided)
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in home cleaning or home services
- Comfortable recording videos or doing Lives
- Familiarity with analytics, basic ads, or short-form video creation
- Interest in community engagement and internal culture development
Work schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time
- 30-minute lunch
- Fully remote
Compensation and benefits
- 300 dollars weekly pay
- Six paid US holidays after three months
- Two weeks paid vacation per year (one week every six months after one year)
- Paid sick time after six months
- Ongoing training and professional growth

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $5, $6,000.00 per month
